Job Workspace

Save job postings, score your fit, and generate a tailored resume for each one.

Job Workspace tracks job postings you're interested in (company, position, location, description, salary range, employment type, deadline, and more), and lets you run three real actions against each one: analyze the posting itself, score how well a specific resume matches it, and generate a tailored resume aimed at it.

When you'd use this

Keeping every job you're applying to in one place instead of scattered across browser tabs.
Understanding what a job posting is really asking for — required vs. preferred skills, seniority level, keywords.
Checking how well your current resume matches a specific posting before you apply, and seeing exactly what's missing.
Generating a resume tailored to a specific posting without hand-editing your master copy.

How it works

  1. 1

    Save a job

From the Job Workspace list, save a new job with its company, position, location, and description (plus optional salary range, employment type, application deadline, recruiter contact, notes, and tags).

  2. 2

    Analyze the posting

Open the job and click "Analyze" (or "Re-analyze"). The AI extracts required and preferred skills, keywords, seniority level, and location mode (remote/hybrid/on-site) from the posting text.

  3. 3

    Score a resume against it

Pick one of your resumes and click "Score match." You'll get five category scores (skills/keywords overlap, experience, education, and seniority fit) plus explicit lists of which skills and keywords matched and which are missing.

  4. 4

    Generate a tailored resume

Click "Tailor resume." This clones your chosen resume (never editing the original) and proposes AI rewrites against the clone, ready for the normal Accept/Edit/Reject review. Click "Open it" to jump straight into the new tailored copy.
