Admin Console

Admin only

Platform-wide oversight — visible only to accounts with admin permissions.

The Admin Console is a separate area (reached via "Admin Console" in the sidebar, shown only to accounts holding at least one admin permission) covering platform-wide activity, not just your own account. Seven sections are fully live; a further nine are named in the navigation but not yet built, and shown honestly as "Soon" rather than hidden.

When you'd use this

Monitoring platform-wide usage — active users, resumes created/completed, exports, AI request volume.
Publishing or unpublishing a resume template for everyone.
Turning an ATS rule or an AI feature on or off.
Managing the root catalog of plans that resellers build their own plans on top of.

How it works

  1. 1

    Dashboard

View-only KPIs: active/new users, paid users, resumes created/completed, exports, ATS checks run, job matches, tailored resumes, cover letters, and AI requests, plus a most-used-templates breakdown.

  2. 2

    Users & Accounts

A view-only per-account activity list (resume/cover-letter counts, plan, join date) — there's no separate local user directory, since identity comes from BMS.

  3. 3

    Templates

Publish or unpublish any template for all users.

  4. 4

    ATS Rules

Enable or disable individual ATS checks used by the ATS Checker.

  5. 5

    AI Features

Toggle individual AI actions, set plan availability, and set a per-user daily limit.

  6. 6

    Usage & Cost

    View-only AI usage/cost reporting.

  7. 7

    Plans & Entitlements

Full create/edit/delete control over the root plan catalog that resellers build their own reseller plans on top of.

Good to know

  • The AI Features toggle is currently configuration-only — turning an AI feature off here does not yet stop a user from using it elsewhere in the app; the enforcement wiring is a known gap.
  • Nine more admin sections are named in the sidebar but not yet built: Resumes, Career Profiles, Job Matching, Cover Letters, Job Tracker, Exports, Reports, Content/Examples, and Settings. They're shown with a "Soon" badge rather than hidden, so the full intended scope stays visible.
